United Kingdom policies

These consumer protections apply when you buy mainly for purposes outside your trade or business. They do not automatically apply to every affiliate business contract. Mandatory rights that apply to your particular transaction take priority over our standard terms.

For an eligible online goods purchase, tell us you want to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have 14 days after notifying us to return them. You do not need a reason. The standard no-change-of-mind policy does not apply to this right. Collectible cards are not automatically excluded merely because they are collectibles.

We refund the eligible purchase price and basic outbound delivery cost. An upgrade above standard delivery need not be refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For goods, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Where no goods are to be returned, the deadline is generally 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return only where we told you this before purchase. We may deduct a lawful loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Faulty-goods return costs are handled separately. Keep packaging where possible, but opening ordinary packaging is not automatically a loss of your cancellation right.

Where a consumer cooling-off right applies to a service contract, the usual period is 14 days after the contract is made. Starting a service during that period requires the applicable express request. A proportionate charge for service already supplied can apply only when the legal conditions are met. Full performance can end the right only with the required consent and acknowledgement. Simply logging in does not automatically waive it.

Stopping future renewals and withdrawing from a recent contract are different requests. Tell support which you want; you may request both. Our standard seven-day refund rules and nonrefundable-fee wording do not override a statutory cooling-off right.

Goods must meet applicable standards, including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and matching their description. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from change-of-mind cancellation. Our seven-day reporting request does not limit those remedies. Contact us about delivery loss or damage; carrier investigations do not remove our obligations to you.

Where UK data protection law applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to certain uses of your information. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions. You can withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact support to exercise a right or complain; you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

You can ask about overseas transfers and the protections that apply. Visiting this page or choosing a country is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Confirm the product or plan, payment currency, total price, delivery charges and any recurring billing terms before paying. Do not assume a dollar price is in your local currency. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges.

International shipping is arranged only after support confirms the destination and charges. The published estimate for confirmed international orders is 2–3 weeks from the order date, including processing and transit, unless a different estimate is provided before payment. Customs and carrier delays can affect arrival.

We explain whether import taxes, duties and carrier clearance charges are included or payable separately before the order is placed. A customs delay, return to sender or disputed delivery does not automatically cancel your membership or remove refund rights. Contact us so we can review the specific order.

For a missing or damaged delivery, contact CollectDirect with the order number and any available photos or tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier. Statutory rights apply even where our standard policy asks you to report an issue sooner.
