Shipping charge
For one card shipped in a padded mailer, the current shipping charge is $7.95. The shipping amount is shown before payment and is added separately from the card price.
Order processing
We begin preparing an order after payment is confirmed and the shipping address is saved. Orders cannot be changed after fulfillment has started, so review the address and card details before paying.
Tracking and delivery
When the card ships, we add the carrier and tracking number to the order page when available. Carrier delivery timing can vary by destination, weather, and service interruptions. A tracking link is the best source for the current delivery status.
Address problems
If you entered the wrong address, email support@collectdirect.com immediately with your order number. We will tell you whether the order can still be corrected before fulfillment.
Guest orders
Guest shoppers can return to the same browser using the order page. If access is lost, use guest order recovery with the order number and the email used at checkout.
