Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by our terms. Goods must meet applicable guarantees, including acceptable quality and matching their description. Disclosed age and condition are relevant when buying a collectible, but a card being collectible or second-hand does not by itself remove consumer rights.

For a major failure with goods, you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor problem, we can generally provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. Services have their own remedies, including cancellation and refunds where the law provides them.

Our request to report a problem within seven days helps us investigate; it is not a deadline that removes consumer guarantees. Contact CollectDirect about a damaged, missing or incorrect order. We will help resolve the issue rather than require you to deal only with the carrier.

For a confirmed faulty product, we cover reasonable return costs as required by law. Contact support for instructions and keep your proof of purchase and postage. Change-of-mind returns are governed by our standard refund policy where no statutory cancellation right applies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use information for accounts, orders and support. Where Australian privacy law applies, you may seek access to and correction of personal information and complain about its handling. Contact support with a description of your request; do not email full payment-card or identity-document details.

CollectDirect operates from the United States and uses service providers to deliver its services. Ask us about overseas processing, recipient locations and applicable protections. You may raise an unresolved privacy concern with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where it has jurisdiction.

Contact support first so we can investigate your order or membership issue. You can also seek help from your state or territory consumer protection agency. The ACCC publishes guidance about consumer guarantees. Our terms do not prevent access to remedies available under Australian law.

Confirm the product or plan, payment currency, total price, delivery charges and any recurring billing terms before paying. Do not assume a dollar price is in your local currency. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges.

International shipping is arranged only after support confirms the destination and charges. The published estimate for confirmed international orders is 2–3 weeks from the order date, including processing and transit, unless a different estimate is provided before payment. Customs and carrier delays can affect arrival.

We explain whether import taxes, duties and carrier clearance charges are included or payable separately before the order is placed. A customs delay, return to sender or disputed delivery does not automatically cancel your membership or remove refund rights. Contact us so we can review the specific order.

For a missing or damaged delivery, contact CollectDirect with the order number and any available photos or tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier. Statutory rights apply even where our standard policy asks you to report an issue sooner.
